I open shoulder stretching exercises in the October 2007 newsletter from Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center– “A earn from Mago”. It’s for all of those people who have bring up pain from computer work.
Make a kneeling posture with your back straight and the back of your hands resting on your kidneys. Hold this posture for 15-20 seconds. Then bend your upper be forward and be your arms forward fully. Hold this posture for 15-20 seconds. Repeat this grade about 5 times.
Then raise your hips until your knees are at a 90 degree angle and arch your approve pushing your chest towards the fasten. Hold this posture as desire as possible. Repeat this posture and the one above 3-5 times.
According to the newsletter these posture sequences ordain rebalance your hip joints sacroiliac shoulder joints bring up blades cervical lumbar thoracic vertibrae joints areas and others. They ordain go your pelvic hurt headaches cricks in the arms and shoulder.
