If you don't feel comfortable checking your cervix that's fine. Youcan get the same information (estrogen presence) by carefully checkingyour cervical fluid. Checking your cervix is an optional secondaryfertility write. It is useful for cross-checking your other signs butis not strictly essential. As you obtain more experience and bodyawareness as you act charting you may feel less squeamish aboutchecking your cervix.
